Prior to founding WEBeDoctor in 1999, Anwer Siddiqi was the CEO and President of MicroAge Computer and Education Center, a value added reseller, developer and distributer of products and services related to the information technology industry.

In the past, Mr. Siddiqi has worked with SmithKline Beckman/Babcock Industries as Director of System Development of subsystems for healthcare medical diagnostic instruments. Mr. Siddiqi started his career as a Development Engineer at Cadkey Systems and later worked for Industrial Electroinc Engineers(IEE) as Internatianl Application Marketing Manager. Mr. Siddiqi received his BS in Physics from University of Karachi in 1971 and BSEE from Concordia University from Montreal, Canada in 1977. Mr. Siddiqi also holds a MBA from California State University, Los Angelese in 1981.

Dr. Islah Ahmed has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is currently holding a position as a Project Director in OmniCare Clinical Research, Inc. where he provides leadership and guidance for the Clinical Research Department. At OmniCare, Dr. Ahmed is also involved with the State University of New York in Albany as a professor for the Department of Biometry.

Dr. Ingrum is the Medical Director of Apollo, Inc., Covina, CA and Cheif Medical Officer and Consultant for eStellarNet in Concord, CA. A recognized healthcare visionary, Dr. Ingrum is an Occupational medicine physician and surgeon who previously served on the California Industrial Medical Council as a Medical Examiner.

Dr. Ingrum is currently a delegate to the California Medical Association representing the Western Occupational & Environmental Medical Association(WOEMA). He also served as Chair of Workers' Compensation Committee for the California Medical Association. A Captain in the US Naval Reserve over twenty-five years in the medical profession, Dr. Ingrum brings a wealth of experience and expertise to WEBeDoctor.

Mr. A.P.Nelipovich brings to WEBeDoctor a successful track record of developing new markets and building winning sales, customer service, distribution and technical application teams. He is experienced in growing the business for highly technical or custom engineered products and services in medical,healthcare and commercial markets; both domestic and foreign. Prior to joining WEBeDoctor in July, 2001, Mr. Dickenson was involved in adult education within the Information Technology industry. Starting as a computer programmer in the early 1960's, his knowledge and experience has constantly expanded to meet today's high demand for computer technology - at the cutting edge.

His background is in the field of education administration primarily, however, he's been involved in sales and marketing throughout his 25-year career as an executive in the management and administration industry. In his capacity as a Regional Director/West Coast Operations for Control Data Institutes, he directed the sales,marketing and expansion operations for training and technical centers in southern Califnorina.

Combined with many years of experience as a sales,marketing and management consultant, Mr. Dickenson has actively transformed organizations into high performance sales groups by creating continuous learning environment and developing solid teamwork.

Mr. Sithi Hou is a Oracle Certified DBA and a Certified Citrix Administrator. He has more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry in both software and hardware. He has worked as an Oracle Financials Administrator, a SAP Basis Administrator, and a network/system administrator. Mr. Hou's experience in hardware, networking, enterprise software and operating systems makes him self-sufficient in the IT industry, making him capable of managing many aspects of WEBeDoctor technical foundation.
